Why I went to Northfield, Minnesota

In Lectures on October 22, 2010 at 4:53 am

Last week I traveled to Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota to deliver a lecture on The Great Museum Cafeterias of the Western World. It was not the only cultural event that evening in Northfield, but the audience was large and the students I met were lively, smart and very enthusiastic about comics. They publish their own journal. I was invited by David Lefkowitz, a professor in the art department. His work can be seen here.
